Come sip, participate in an exchange of goods, and mingle over delicious handcrafted matcha by Her Cloud Cafe - a mobile cafe centered on creating intentional and comforting drink experiences wherever they go.
Registration includes a matcha drink prepared by Her Cloud Cafe and an *exclusive* custom tote bag for your swapped goodies. It will also go towards supporting venue cost, materials, and supplies needed to thoughtfully set up the space for our gathering.
How Market Swap works:
Choose what you’d like to bring - Select a homemade, handmade, homegrown, baked, or crafted item to share. There is no pressure on what it has to be - just have fun with it!
Bring your chosen item -Closer to the event, you’ll receive a follow-up email with the final headcount and the exact quantity to bring.
Swap & Connect - Enjoy matcha and exchange your items while getting to know one another.
Watch for a follow-up email - After registering, you’ll receive an email with event details and a sign-up sheet where attendees can list what they’re bringing. This helps avoid duplicates and ensures a fun variety for everyone.
***Registration will close Sunday, August 30th at 10:00pm to confirm a headcount and allow time for guests to thoughtfully prepare for the event.
